EDC knives with no carry restriction found in Czechia
Czech weapons law (Act 90/2024, in force since 1 Jan 2026) covers firearms and similar devices, not knives. No national offence for simply carrying a knife was found, and police and the Interior Ministry say carrying is not restricted. Owners of premises, transport operators, and assemblies can set their own limits. Threatening or injuring with a knife is an offence.
This is a filter, not a ranking. We have not tested these knives, and “no restriction found” is not a promise that carrying is legal. Transport rules, local bans and events still apply. Read the full Czechia page first.
